She has considerable experience advising on debt and equity capital markets transactions, banking transactions, various types of fundraising, local and cross-border debt and equity securities offerings, MTN programme establishments and drawdowns, digital bonds, offerings of structured products, hybrid securities, bank capital securities, sustainability-linked bonds, social/green bonds, liability management exercises, securitisations, in addition to high profile infrastructure funds and REITs.

She advises banks, financial institutions and securities companies (in their capacity as arrangers/underwriters or financial advisors) and major listed and non-listed companies (as issuers) in a diverse range of business sectors including government, banking and financial services, securities related businesses, consumer goods/F&B, logistics, oil and gas, power and renewable energy, as well as telecommunications.
