Bangkok, Thailand - 23 January 2026: Chandler Mori Hamada acted as Thai counsel to the international bank arrangers in connection with the update of Thai Oil Public Company Limited’s (“Thaioil”) and Thaioil Treasury Center Company Limited’s (“TTC”) USD 3.679 billion Global Medium Term Note Programme and TTC’s issuance of USD 600,000,000 subordinated perpetual securities under Rule 144A and Regulation S, guaranteed by Thaioil.
The transaction involving guaranteed USD-denominated subordinated perpetual securities represents a sophisticated and relatively uncommon issuance for a Thai corporate issuer, making it a significant and market-leading transaction.
The Chandler Mori Hamada team was led by partner Doungporn Prasertsomsuk, with principal support from associates Pradchayada Maneeratanapron and Chayapa Preechayanpanich.
