• Neo Corporate Public Company Limited (NEO), a leading manufacturer and distributor of household, personal care, and baby products in Thailand, on its IPO and listing on The Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET).

• WHA Group in relation to investment in Mungmee Ecommerce Co., Ltd., a B2B E-commerce startup.

• Fukuoka Jisho Co. Ltd., in relation to the sale of all shares in FJ BKK Co., Ltd., a hotel development company holding a plot of leasehold land located in Sukhumvit 29, to SC Asset Group.

• Several leading Japanese real estate developers in its cross-border investment through a joint venture with Thai local partners for condominium, hotel, warehouse, and housing development projects in Thailand.

• WHA Industrial Leasehold Real Estate Investment Trust ("WHAIR") on its 5th additional investment, which involves acquiring leasehold rights over lands, factory buildings, and ready-built warehouses.

• Family shareholders of Erawan, a non-life insurance company, in connection with the sale of 80% of the shares to Dhipaya Group.
