• A significant Korean digital asset exchange operator as a local counsel in connection with its proposed investment into a Singaporean digital asset exchange for the operation in Thailand.

   

• A major Japanese trading house in the potential acquisition of shares in one of the biggest fiber optic and gateway service providers throughout Thailand and neighboring countries. Our work includes conducting legal due diligence, issuing a legal memo on the telecommunication businesses, advice and negotiation of the transaction documents and contracts.

   

• A Japanese multinational corporation and a major producer of machinery components and electronics devices in conducting a legal due diligence exercise on an auto part and accessory manufacturer.

   

• Weil, Gotshal & Manges in advising Clayton, Dubilier & Rice, a leading global investment firm, on the Thai aspects of the proposed acquisition of OCS Group International Limited and its subsidiaries, particularly its significant facility management operations in Thailand through PCS Security and Facility Services Ltd.

   

• Blockfint Company Limited, a Thai company specializing in financial technology solutions, digital identity platforms, digital business transformation services, and energy trading software, in their fund raising and issuance of newly issued preference shares to the new investors.

   

• A US multi-national solar power producer assisted a US multi-national solar power producer, and sellers with regulatory advice, vendor due diligence, Share Purchase Agreement negotiations, and closing. After the closing, we also assisted the project companies for post-closing actions.
