With experience at leading international and local law firms in Thailand, Siregran brings extensive expertise in managing sophisticated domestic and cross‑border transactions. She regularly leads clients through the full lifecycle of M&A deals, including transaction structuring, legal due diligence, negotiation and the drafting of transactional and commercial agreements.

Siregran has advised clients across a wide range of sectors, including food and drink, education, energy, healthcare, manufacturing, and media and entertainment. She has a strong track record of representing both foreign investors entering Thailand and Thai companies expanding internationally. Her cross‑border experience includes transactions involving Japan, Australia and the Philippines.

  •  Navis Capital, via its investee company, in an acquisition of one of the largest beverage franchise businesses in Thailand, which operates across jurisdictions in the Southeast Asian region.

 

  • a food and beverage manufacturer best known for a global energy drink, in a competitive bidding process for a share acquisition in a Thai majority company that owns a famous chicken restaurant chain in Thailand.

 

  • Tyson Foods Inc., one of the biggest poultry processors and marketers in the world, in the acquisition of the poultry business in Thailand as part of its global acquisition. Upon completion, its market share in Thailand would rise to the second-largest in the market.

 

  • a Thai power producer in a competitive bidding process for a share acquisition in a Vietnamese power company that operates wind farm projects in Vietnam.

 

  • LINE Corporation, through LINE Financial Asia Corporation Limited (Japan’s largest social network), on a joint venture transaction with KASIKORN Bank to become a major lending service provider, offering banking services within LINE, a digital platform, advising on the preparation and negotiation of the operational agreements involving data privacy, and in-depth advice on all aspects of the joint venture.

 

  • Fitness24Seven from the setting up of the company, license and compliance, contract and in-depth advice on all aspects of the business.

 

  • Singha Group in its investment as a joint venture partner in a technology company in Thailand, which is a leader in the digital mobile space and an expert in social media platforms for e-commerce business. The deal is complex as the acquisition of the target’s shares involves multiple shareholders and negotiations with the leader of the Thai shareholder group.

 

  • U.S. investment fund Global Infrastructure Partners (GIP) on the Thai renewable energy portfolio acquisition from Equis Energy.  The total acquisition was the largest renewable energy generation acquisition in history and was part of a regional APAC sale by Equis of its renewable energy portfolio, comprising solar, wind, and hydro projects across Thailand, Japan, Australia, India and the Philippines. 

 

  • JR Kyushu Railway Company in an expansion of its real estate business by way of an acquisition of a hotel business in Bangkok.

 

  • CMC Capital Group, a leading equity investment group in China, in its investment in a consumer business in Thailand.
