Somporn has broad experience in the field of corporate and mergers & acquisitions law. She has extensive experience advising on a broad range of Thai corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, establishment of operations in Thailand, acquisition matters, due diligence and execution, foreign direct investment, obtaining investment promotions from the Thai Board of Investment and foreign business licenses and trademarks. She also advises on labour and employment matters and the relevant compliance issues for both Thai and foreign corporations.
