Poompat is an Associate in our Corporate and Mergers & Acquisitions practice. He holds law degrees from Thailand, Japan, and the United States, and has extensive experience in corporate and M&A matters.

He regularly advises on corporate and commercial transactions, joint ventures, and cross-border M&A, with a particular focus on assisting multinational corporations, especially Japanese companies, with investments into Thailand. His practice also covers foreign direct investment, regulatory compliance, data protection, labour and employment law, and internal investigations.

Poompat is a columnist on business and technology law for a well-known, Bangkok-based business newspaper in Thailand.
