Bangkok, Thailand – 24 October 2025 – Chandler Mori Hamada is pleased to announce that it acted for the syndicated lenders in connection with the financing of a 102.6 MW hyperscale data centre facility developed by True Internet Data Center Co., Ltd. (“TIDC”) and Global Infrastructure Partners (GIP)/BlackRock.
The financing, provided by a syndicate of international and Thai banks, supports the design, construction, fit-out, operation, management, and maintenance of the original 82.6 MW data centre facility. The centre will also provide an additional 20 MW of contracted capacity.
THAI DC 1 Co., Ltd. will operate the facility.
The Chandler Mori Hamada team was led by Joseph Tisuthiwongse, Co-Managing Partner and Tip-apa Limvichai, Partner, with support from Namita Tangphithakphaibun, Counsel, Varisa Soonyakanit, Senior Associate, Nutcha Panomsuk, Associate and Teeruth Suttabongoch, Associate.
