Key Qualifications
Supalerk is a Counsel at Chandler Mori Hamada in the Dispute and Resolution Department. Before joining Chandler Mori Hamada, he was an associate with another international law firm in Bangkok.
He has handled a broad range of litigation matters and represented individual and corporate clients before court and arbitration hearings in relation to a variety of business and contract disputes. In addition, he represents clients in criminal cases. Cases advised on have included cases related to software implementation, construction, maritime insurance, intellectual property disputes, labour, shareholder disputes, malpractice cases and white-collar crime matters.
