Paveen brings nearly two decades of experience with leading international law firms in public M&A, equity and debt capital markets, and securities exchange regulation. He has extensive experience advising on share acquisitions, private placements, amalgamations and corporate restructurings, delistings, IPOs and regulatory matters. His arrival strengthens our public M&A and equity capital markets capabilities. Paveen is admitted to practice in Thailand and holds master’s degrees from Chulalongkorn University and the London School of Economics. We warmly welcome him to the firm.
